One room to rent in a large Top Floor Flat just off Whiteladies Road with amazing views over Bristol. Great links with Clifton Down station nearby and buses every few minutes. It's about a 30 minute walk to the city centre.
Current housemate is moving to Australia, and leaves on the 28th of Feb so room will be available from the 26th of February.
The room comes furnished with double bed, wardrobe etc. Bookshelf and Shoe rack are his though. Enormous kitchen diner, with washing machine and dishwasher. Equally large lounge fully furnished. Bathroom has bath and shower cubicle.
You would be living with two professional guys who are sociable, friendly and relaxed; looking for a new housemate to share this amazing flat with. Ideally looking for a sociable young professional who likes to go out and have a few drinks and chilled nights in together but also doing their own thing.
Currently we are a mix of working from home and office, there is a desk available in the lounge if you are working from home.
Rent is £530 with bills on top coming to circa £130 per month.
