Self contained annex, in quiet village location

Consists of a large double room with ensuite shower and separate toilet/cloakroom (not shown in pictures), kitchen complete with White goods (dishwasher/washing machine/cooker/microwave), and a breakfast room overlooking the garden, private entrance via the side of the house.

The annex has recently been redecorated throughout, with new carpets and mattress.

The bedroom has wired and WiFi broadband, telephone point and Digitv aerial point.

Off road parking for those with a car and a shed for bikes. Use of large garden with BBQ/furniture/patio.

Easy access to railway station (5 minutes on foot) - trains to Cambridge take 10 minutes, those to London take one hour.

The village has a butchers, one-stop shop ( 7 days 9-10), pub, Indian takeaway and farm shop. There is also a subsidised gym just up the road.

I am the owner and keep a room in the attached house for when I am in the UK as I work mostly abroad.

Note that this house is not in Cambridge itself but in a village just to the south.
