Lovely double room in Homerton!
We're looking for a new housemate to join us in our homely Homerton flat.
With the flat you get three lovely housemates (if we may say so ourselves). Megan is Irish and teacher, and both Rikke (Danish) and Kathy (English) work in the charity sector.
We're looking for a clean and tidy housemate who is up for the occasional house dinner/drinks/sitting in front of the TV or out in the garden with a glass of wine. Ideally a professional/someone who works full-time.
The room available is a double room fully furnished with lots of storage space and a nice big window overlooking the garden.
The house is a recently refurbished ex-council maisonette with 4 bedrooms, open lounge and dining area, separate kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. We even have a garden/large patio area, which is a brilliant spot for some al fresco dining and drinks in Summer. We're about a 1 minute walk from Homerton station and within minutes of several bus stops.
Bills come to around £75 per month (gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband and Sky TV) and we also pay £20 per month each for a weekly cleaner.
If you think you might be the right person to join us in the house, please get in touch. Tell us a bit about yourself and when you'd be free for viewing. We'll be starting viewings asap, mostly on weekday evenings but potentially also on weekends. The room is available from ASAP.
Look forward to hearing from you!
