Friendly, spacious and light vegan/vegetarian house, The house has a big open plan lower ground floor kitchen and living room, secluded south facing patio garden with additional large south facing roof terrace on on the first floor, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, utility room and a wood burner in the lounge. The bedrooms are on separate floors which affords lots of privacy. WiFi has been jumped this week with brands new modems and extenders, plentifully fast at 100 mbps.

The house near to St Georges Road with its shops/pubs and cafes. Queen’s Park, the seafront and the County Hospital are 5 minutes away and we are about 15 minutes walk from Brighton Centre. Parking is In Zone H and and a permit can be obtained without wait.

The room is a good size being 4m by 3.3m including bay window and chimney recess.. It is furnished with a large double bed (can convert to single as seen in the photo) desk, chair, mirror, clothes rail, shelves, drawers, lamps etc. The room also occupies its own floor with the other bedrooms on separate floors affording privacy and space.

The house is currently to share with Elizabeth and i who are partners, I work in medicine and spend free time working on illustrations, cycling and up on the house allotment up the hill building a performance stage and bee sanctuary. I am interested in environmental politics, music, art and vibrant cooking. Elizabeth is a therapist and performer and currently works from home.

Ideally we'd Iike to find a person who likes likes a mix of friendly, sociable and private, perhaps eating together once a week or so. The house is has stacks of room, clean and Well maintained with zero damp.

The house allotment also has direct sea views, a dance floor, fire pit and friendly fox. The plot is a 2 minute magic getaway in these times for horticulture or just chilling by the fire and enjoying the view to the Isle of Wight!

We're looking for someone who is convivial, friendly and either vegan/vegetarian (or happy to be that way at home)
The room is available from February 1st and we're happy to discuss short term arrangements from the 3 month mark including enquiries from overseas.
