Hi there, this is a lovely property (live-out landlady) located on a very quiet street which is convenient for bus routes/5 minute walk to Ashby High Street. There is parking on the drive for one car, plus room on the street/ several parking spaces in bays on the street with ample spaces available where you can park free of charge.
The house is very clean and tidy - the price includes a cleaner for communal areas once a week and the garden is maintained to a high standard too.
The rooms are fully fitted with comfy mattresses, as well as wardrobes, drawers and curtains. The larger room has a desk also. There are also locks to bedrooms.
The living room has a table, sofa, TV and wifi hub.
The kitchen has all that you would need to prepare, cook and serve a meal, as well as a washer.
The well-maintained garden is south-facing, so you can soak up loads of sun in the summertime!
Whilst I do not live at the property, I live within a short drive so can be on hand, should the need arise.

You must be in full time employment of at least 30 hours per week.
