Only a 10 minute walk to Balham or Clapham South Stations (Zone 2 Northern Line). Balham also has a train station - trains every 5 mins to Clapham Junction, Victoria, Waterloo or Croydon. Lots of buses closeby. Direct Buses to Brixton, Oxford Circus, Kings Cross and Kingston.

Grocery store (Tesco), post-office, doctor's surgery etc are all 5 min away.
