I have a double room to rent in my three bedroom house. The bedroom is on the top floor along with the bathroom, separate to my sleeping area (which in the basement).
The house was previously a pub and is extremely spacious. As well as your own double room you will have acess to two sitting rooms, dining area, kitchen and court yard garden. The bathroom has recently been renovated and modernised. The property is within walking distance of Halstead town. There is also an off road parking space for you. I am looking for a quiet, professional, clean and tidy person who will be respectful of my house and pay without prompting. I have three rabbits that have their own living quarters! but do spend time with us in the living room. So you must be tolerant of animals!
