The house was recently extended and refurbished and will have no more than 4 residents at one time, including the live-in landlord. It is located in central Kidlington in a quiet residential road with the High Street a 10 minute walk for take-aways, shops, cafes and pubs (soon, hopefully!), whilst Sainsbury's is a 5 minute drive the other way. The nearest bus stop is just a 5 minute walk and there’s also a local sports centre with a gym and pool 10 minutes walk away. The room would ideally suit a professional person, a post-graduate student, or a trainee pilot.

The room is warm and comfortable, garden-facing with a double bed (Eve Original mattress), double wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk & chair, and one bedside table. If you would prefer, the desk & chair can be swapped for an armchair.

The shower room is shared between rooms 2 and 3 only, and is fitted with a large shower cubicle, basin, WC, and tall heated towel rail. There's also a mirrored cabinet and plenty of space for storing your toiletries.

The shared living space downstairs includes a very large kitchen/dining room with multiple ovens, multiple fridges & a dishwasher, utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer & second freezer, downstairs cloakroom, TV room with corner sofa & 50" screen, and use of the patio, garden & barbecue. On-street parking is limited. All of the living spaces shown in the photos are shared and freely available to housemates.

The house also benefits from 100Mbps fibre-optic broadband with multiple access points, double glazing throughout, softened water, and filtered drinking water on tap in the kitchen. Kitchen utensils, cookware, cutlery & crockery are all provided but of course feel free to bring your own.
