We are looking for a friendly and outgoing young professional to join our existing housemates in a stunning fully refurbished house in Brislington, which is fully inclusive of all bills and council tax, and features a free weekly cleaner for all communal areas.
THE ROOM -
We are looking for a new housemate to live in a fun and sociable house with 5 other young professionals. We currently have available one double en-suite room that comes fully furnished with all bills included.
The room contains a bay window, new furniture, gas lift ottoman storage beds, wardrobes, desks, drawers, and is fully equipped with digital TV connections and USB charging points. The room has both blinds and black out curtains.
All rooms incorporate a suited key system enabling a single key to open the front door and your room only. All rooms feature separate locks and an internal twist key system for security and privacy.
THE COMMUNAL AREAS-
Come home after a long day/night at work and relax in the open plan kitchen and living area, with French doors leading out onto a secluded patio area and large enclosed outdoor space. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with modern appliances, including integrated cooker and hobs, microwaves, large fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is plenty of storage space and each housemate has a dedicated cupboard for their personal use. The kitchen also incorporates a large breakfast bar to socialise and enjoy meals.
A separate Utility room incorporates a washing machine and tumble dryer to reduce noise and make the communal spaces a more enjoyable and relaxing space.
The communal area is light, airy and open plan, with plenty of natural light from the French doors and the skylights. It includes a large leather sofa and armchair, and a wall mounted SMART TV.
Virgin Media high speed Wi-Fi - VIVID300 (the best!) is available throughout the house, and there is a wired internet connection in the living area.
The house has an integrated fire alarm system, fire doors throughout and emergency lighting.
LARGE EXTERNAL SPACES-
The external spaces include a huge enclosed rear space, complete with a patio, garden furniture and rotary washing lines. The house has off road parking for up to four cars at the front of the property and also features secure police approved bike storage facility in the back garden.
Automatic security lighting is present at both the front door and the at the rear of the property.
WHERE IS IT?-
The house is located in Brislington BS4 5BP, approximately 2.5 miles from the Temple Meads with excellent transport links to Bristol, the A4, A37, and the A4174 Ring Road. It is 100m to the main bus stops/routes to Bristol City centre, Bristol Airport and Bath, and is a 15-minute cycle ride to Bristol Temple Meads and the city centre.
Local amenities within 5 min walking distance include 24 hour Tesco’s, a PureGym, Lidl, Cashpoints, petrol station, newsagents, various food retailers and takeaways, Brislington Retail Park and Brislington Hill shops.
Tenancy is single occupancy only, sorry no couples.
