The flat is situated very close to the lovely amenities of Abbeville road, a mere stones throw away and Clapham south (7 minutes walk). Very easy commute to The City and West End.
The room itself has a large window (lots of natural light) with built in storage space. It is well decorated and fully furnished with blackout and roman blinds.
The living room is big with a dining table, fireplace, sofa, large TV and drinks cabinet.
The kitchen is modern and practical with induction hob, big oven, dishwasher and washer dryer.
The bathroom is functional, nicely decorated and with a huge rain shower.
I am a distiller (always have good wine/spirits), We are both foodies and enjoy entertaining and going out frequently(Lockdown permitting). We have lots of interests and enjoy a chat. We do like everything to be clean and tidy within reason. It's our place, so if anything doesn't work or there is a problem, we will fix it ASAP.
