Comfortable double rooms each with their own en-suite shower in a clean, well maintained property in Finstock. Furnished with a good quality double bed, built in cupboard, chest of drawers and TV. Linen and towels provided.

The house is two miles from Charlbury and 10 minutes drive from Witney with a bus 2 minutes walk from the house to both locations. It is a good location for Renault F1 at Enstone, easily accessible to Kidlington and Eynsham but you do need your own transport. There is on drive parking.

My house is warm, clean and comfortable. There is a washing machine and south facing patio to enjoy sitting out. Finstock is a quiet village but has a pub and is easily accessible to other locations. Occupants of my house are friendly but not party goers!

Bills are included in rent.

I would prefer housemates who want to enjoy a home environment and be part of my household.

A strictly non-smoking household.

Dog lovers please as I have a young Cockapoo.. Not suitable for people with their own pets however.
