Cleaning rota would be shared by housemates taking it in turns every weekend. You'll need to provide references in the form of a letter from your Employer stating you are employed (Contract of Employment), Driving license ID, Passport ID, Visa ID, Covid Passport, 3 months payslips, bank statements, previous landlord reference & 1 Months Deposit. One month’s Rent upfront. If Student then proof of Student Card ID, letter from University stating name of course, length of course and Uni details. I will consider short lets of 1-3mths also.

Photographic inventory of the property has been taken. Deposits will be held in Bank Account. Deposit will be returned 21-28 days after check out. House Rules and Contract will be provided.
