Landseer Road is great for jobs at Ransomes Europark and other employment hot spots in East Ipswich, as well as the town centre. There are two shower rooms, one kitchen, your own allocated fridge, garden and parking. At the end of 2016 it had a new boiler, new electrics, new carpets, new furniture!

The room is fully furnished with wardrobe, bed, chest of drawers, bedside table. Desk and chair if required. There are 6 rooms in the house in total.

Broadband is wireless throughout the house.

The modern style kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery. Each tenant has their own fridge. The two shower rooms are modernised to a high standard.

The house is on a bus route into the town centre. It is also within easy access of Ransomes Europark. Ravenswood shopping area, Waitrose and John Lewis are nearby. There are also some local shops within walking distance.

If you live in Ipswich, you are never far from a main road to Suffolk and Essex towns, and commuting to London gets easier all the time. Trains run regularly and take just over an hour to Liverpool Street. Bus services are comprehensive and regular through and out of the town.

Ipswich has developed into a buzzing mix of youth and vitality, stemming from the student quarter and associated bars and restaurants that have been developed in the last decade, and long-established businesses and victorian architecture, giving the town a historic and metropolitan feel.
