There's are two double rooms available in this house.
The other two housemates are two professional females . An MSc postgrad, and an audiologist. They are now looking for two friendly housemates.
The house is just a short walk from Harborne High Street,(see below for more details), with frequent buses to the city centre, only ten minutes away. The university train station is also nearby. There's off road parking behind the house.
It is ideally located for the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Medical School, and Birmingham University.
The house is neutrally decorated and carpeted, and is fully equipped and furnished.
It has a large kitchen/dining room and separate large living room with dining area, bathroom with shower and separate toilet, and a garden. The house has a combi boiler with constant hot water.
Facilities include Virgin cable TV, Virgin WIFI broadband and all kitchen appliances including washer/dryer and microwave.
The house also benefits from a cleaner who visits every two weeks.
Rent is inclusive of all bills including council tax, TV licence and a regular cleaner. I consider myself a good, responsible landlord and I always get repairs done promptly.
New to Harborne? With Waitrose, M&S, Sainsburys and other shops nearby, Harborne also has easy access to the city. There's a wide range of independent coffee shops, bars and restaurants on Harborne High Street.
The house would be ideal for non smoking females, either working professionals, or post grads.
