There is a separate WC on the ground floor as well, as well as an office/guest room of friends need to stay the night

The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, bread maker, and all the other mod-cons you might expect.

In the garden we even have a barbecue, fire pit, table tennis table, dartboard and even a weights bench, and two large decked areas

The house is in a really quiet road and is 10-12 minutes walk to Gipsy Hill station, a 10 minute bus ride to West Norwood station and around the same to Crystal Palace centre, with it's fantastic bars and restaurants.

We're looking for an easy-going, friendly and tidy person to move in- it's really important that everyone gets on and the atmosphere is happy and positive. It would be great to share with sociable people who also respect other people's privacy and also pull their weight with keeping the place clean
