Large end terraced house in a quiet cul-de-sac location with a big lounge and large kitchen/dining area. The house features a conservatory and garden with a patio area. Use of washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher.

All bills included including Broadband and Sky. Have cleaner weekly to do communal areas. Friendly atmosphere and smokers welcome (garden only). We also provide laundry tablets, toilet rolls, hand soap and washing up liquid.

As well as being a happy relaxed household, we also have four very friendly dogs, so sorry no more pets allowed.

Terms and Conditions:
Please be aware that if you are offered the room you will need to pay the deposit or a portion of it to secure the room, then the balance of the deposit and the first month's rent on or before the day you move in. The minimum rental term is 3 months. 1 month's notice on either side is required to end the tenancy. The deposit will be returned at the end of the tenancy provided the rent has paid in full, the room is left clean and in good repair, and the keys are returned. Any cleaning, damage repair, rent arrears, and cost of replacement keys will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit cannot be set off in part or in full for the last month's rent.
