~ These are beautiful, fully furnished bedrooms with bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers . Two have just been redecorated with new furniture. You have your own en-suite shower room which we will clean on a regular basis to keep it limescale free. The rent includes all bills.

~ The house is furnished throughout in a contemporary style. There is a modern, well equipped kitchen with a central island. There is also a comfortable lounge area with TV. Wireless broadband (100Mbps) is available throughout the house with unlimited downloads and there are individual TV points in every bedroom. We have a weekly cleaner for the communal areas and the house is kept clean and tidy.

~ There is a lovely garden with seating - a gardener keeps it clean and tidy.

~ The property is in a great location, in a friendly, safe neighbourhood in Ashford with the 555 and 216 bus routes at the end of the road providing a service to Heathrow, Staines and Kingston.

~ The housemates are friendly professionals who work in service industries. They socialise easily and feel at ease living with each other. We are looking for a professional who will fit in well with the house to fill this vacancy.

~ We are proactive landlords and long term members of the National Landlords Association. Fire safety is taken very seriously and the house has smoke detectors throughout the property. If something does break down in the house it is dealt with quickly and efficiently.
