The housemates are friendly professionals; three guys and two girls all in their 20s. They work in the sciences, media and the service industry. The housemates socialise easily and feel at ease living with each other. We are looking for a professional who will fit in well with the house to fill this vacancy.

YOUR ROOM
This is a beautiful, fully furnished bedroom with double bed (under-bed storage), wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. You share a bathroom with just one other person - the bathroom is modern, clean and fully tiled and is professionally cleaned every week.

The rent is fully inclusive of all bills; gas, electric, water, broadband, TV, council tax.

YOUR HOUSE
The house has been recently refurbished and is furnished throughout in a contemporary style. There is a modern, well equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge area with BT Sport. 75 MB Wireless broadband with unlimited downloads available throughout and there are individual TV points in every bedroom. We have a weekly cleaner for the communal areas.

There is a sunny patio and large garden with decking and seating, perfect for those Summer BBQs - a gardener keeps it clean and tidy.

The property is in a great location, in a friendly, safe neighbourhood in Hampton Hill with the 285 bus route at the end of the road providing a 24 hour service to Heathrow and Kingston.

Fire safety is taken very seriously and the house has smoke detectors throughout the property.

The house is well maintained and if something does go wrong it is dealt with quickly and efficiently.
