The current housemates are all professionals aged 21 - 36 who work hard but also enjoy quiet nights watching SKY Movies. We are looking for one more professional to fill this vacancy who will fit in well with the house.
The house has a large kitchen diner and a separate lounge overlooking the garden. The room is a spacious double ensuite, newly furnished. There is off-street parking to the front for three cars and there are no parking restrictions on the road outside. There is also a large well maintained rear garden great for summer BBQs - table tennis table provided too.
All bills are included - council tax, electricity, gas, water, TV License, Sky Sports and Sky Movies and 200 MBps wireless broadband with unlimited downloads. Also included is a weekly cleaner for the communal areas to keep the place spick and span and a gardener as required. The property is well maintained and is furnished throughout in a contemporary style.
