My son and I live in this 3 bedroom house in West Saltdean. The house has a lovely big living room which overlooks the garden. There is a bathroom with a WC and I have my own en suite with WC.
There is a corner shop and pizzeria across the road and the number 27 bus stop is right nearby. My son is 19 and is working full-time as an apprentice. I work with young people with learning difficulties.
Our last lodger was with us for nearly a year. We are looking for a responsible, caring person to share our home. You would need to be either studying full-time or working full-time. I would like a reference too. Please be aware that I am a live-in landlord and therefore this room is not part of a house share. I work with vulnerable adults therefore would expect applicants to be prepared to adhere to lockdown regulations and to be hygienic and clean
