A large double bedroom in West Chiltington with shared bathroom and dining area. For one adult only. £500 per calendar month . Must be clean, respectful of others and in full time employment ( 37/40 hr week) . This is a quiet household for busy working people. No " working from home" enquirers please. ( Visiting guests? £20 for one overnight stay per week . Separate room and bed provided.) There is a TV and sofa in the bedroom, as well as wardrobe and drawer space.
The kitchen will be shared but you will have your own fridge and freezer space. Garden area to sit in.

A car is essential when living here. There is space to park but very little public transport and few footpaths on the nearby roads.
We are an older couple, not looking to socialise. Your privacy will be respected but we will be on hand for any queries you may have.
