Our History:

Originally used as warehouses for the grain and seed trade, the early 1990?s saw the site repurposed as accommodation in the centre of Old Town. Pacific Court blends contemporary, city-centre accommodation with the industrial character of Hull?s Old Town. Dating back to 1829, our four buildings encompass a modest courtyard, each offering different period features from its history.
