Building Two:

This building is the most generous in our complex, divided into four floors containing standard bedrooms with communal kitchens and living spaces, studios and one bed flats.

Standard rooms are fully furnished with beds, study area, sink unit, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Free WIFI and heating through the building individually controlled with thermostats. The communal kitchens are fully furnished with ovens, hobs, fridges and freezers, kettles, toasters and microwaves.

The studio room features the same as a standard room with added extras; En-suite and 32- inch TV and a kitchenette. Duel Tenancies are available for studio rooms but its an extra 10% on top of market price.

The One bed flat has the same features to the studio room but these rooms are split up into sections bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/living room.

All bills are included in our marketing price excluding TV licence in the bedrooms.

The facilities our property has to offer is a range of communal areas such as; gym, games room, cinema room, meeting/study room, management office onsite & lobby.

We have free WIFI access, Ethernet connection, inside and outside bike storage, laundry facilities and communal cleaners once a week to do their daily cleans around the property. Room cleans can be provide with extra costs – ask the management team about this.
