Double Room - Redfield / Lawrence Hill / St George
Hi, thanks for checking out my advert.
Sadly my friend who I've been living with is flying the nest to move in with his girlfriend..
The house is a Victorian terrace which I'd describe as fairly quirky and retro inside and out.
Location wise it's on a street running parallel to Church Road so it's a ten minute walk to all the shops, bars and St George Park etc. Old Market is probably 15mins walk, Cabot Circus 20mins and the centre around 30mins. Good bus routes as well and there's a bus stop close to the house.
The room is an unfurnished double at the back of the house and has a wardrobe / closet built in which gives some space for clothes, also there is plenty of additional storage space around the house. There is also a additional spare room which could be used as an overflow within reason :)
Happy to consider a couple, however the monthly rent would be a bit higher...
So a bit about me...I'm 32 and from Bristol. Love cooking and good food, going out with my mates, running, cycling, music & collecting vinyl (pretty broad taste but love funk, disco, old school hip-hop, house music, loads of bands), watching films. Standard stuff I guess. My job is fairly demanding for me so my week days tend to be fairly chilled and my girlfriend lives in Cardiff so I'm often there over the weekend.
Anyway I hope this is helpful and feel free to drop me an email with any questions and also some info about yourself :)
