I am a "live out landlord", and I am offering double room in an excellent professional shared house on Brackenbury Road, close to the town center and not far from the train staion, bills included and wifi provided free of charge.
I charge a deposit of £150 then the first month in advance on move in.
There is free a weekly cleaning service provided and I also provide a dedicated maintenance manager to contact at all times.
There are no additional sign on charges whatsoever.
