It is positioned only 1/4 mile away from M42 Junction 1, just over a mile to M5 Junction 4, also Bromsgrove Train Station is 3,5 miles away which provides excellent commuter services.
Off road parking is included in the rent, my large driveway provides enough parking for at least four vehicles.
Double en-suite shower rooms are beautifully presented, elegantly furnished and very private.
Rental price includes all bills, maintenance of the house, full use of all communal areas (kitchen, living room, garden) and fast fibre broadband.
I am ideally looking for professionals and long term rent but I would also consider short term stays.
