Hi I’m Chris, I have Large double room In Kingsway fully furnished with double fitted wardrobe
The room does have a tv but this can be taken out if not required and there is also a Sky box in the room , but only set to free view at the moment
There is also a small bedroom with a sofa in it which could be used by you as a separate room if needed
The family bath room, will effectively become the tenants bathroom as I have en-suite
Comes with an allocated parking space opposite the property and I have a large shed to store a bike etc if needed
Good location. 5 mins from motorway and roughly a 15 drive to centre and no 8 bus route is two minutes away
Rental shown is for a full time let, if you are looking for a weekday let then I’m sure we could agree on a fair price. Rental due up front and one months rent as a deposit. This will be kept in a separate account and subject to no damage will be returned upon leaving the property

About me, I’m 48 with a daughter who comes to stay with me every other weekend. Work long hours, usually out around 7.30 every morning. Enjoy watching films. Listening to music and I’m usually out a coup, e of times a week at my partners house.
