Temporary let- Large double bedroom

Hi!

Temporary 3 month rental in professional house share.

I am travelling South America for 3 months from December to March and am looking to temporarily let out my large double bedroom.

There are 2 tenants within the house, both are fun and outgoing looking for like minded people who will feel at home living here. It's a great house in a good location.

The house is located in Kingswood with good links to Filton, the Ring road and city centre with the nearest bus stop less than 50 meters away. It also includes 2 private parking spaces at the rear of the house.

Few bits about the house:

- Furnished room with Kingsize bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV with built in DVD player & freeview
- Kitchen diner with Fridge freezer & washing machine
- Double glazing windows & doors.
- Carpet fitted in all bedrooms, landing & stairs.
- Modern bathroom with separate toilet downstairs
- Modern living room with large TV & Netflix
- Unlimited Wi-Fi

Price includes all bills.
