This person would really benefit from a little practical help around the house including taking out bins, light cleaning, help with shopping and light plus the company reassurance of having someone around their home in the evenings/overnight.
The accommodation on offer is a newly decorated double bedroom furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and shared use of the bathroom room, kitchen, sitting room and garden.
The property is conveniently located a couple of minute’s walk from Hove Station.
This person is a Buddhist, creative, enjoys Jazz fm and watches TV including Eastenders and nature programmes.
The ideal Sharer will be a friendly and reliable female, non-smoker who is a gentle personality, speaks fluent English, and ideally shares some of the person’s interests.
This person smokes but outside only. There is a cat so a cat lover essential.
