Do you like the look of this room ? You can move in easily despite the current crisis. Safety of of staff and you the general public is paramount therefore we devised a new strategy of reserving and moving in:

We will send over as many photos as possible of the room and where possible a video will be posted on the advert.

You can reserve by agreeing to what you see in the pictures / videos.

We can send you all the forms to fill out and return

You can pay the 12x weeks holding fee safety to our company account with a unique reference which we will confirm receipt of

Referencing is carried out by an efficient off site company whom updates you and us

We will create ALL your paperwork on our dedicated system we invite you to and you can even SIGN your contract online too !

Finally, what about keys ? Well we have multiple secure key boxes in various locations within the town centre for you to access and retrieve your house keys with a unique code sent to you after you have paid the remaining rent and deposit.

We are already carrying out reservations and move ins safely and legally without human interaction face to face to ensure the limiting spread of the Coronavirus.

Your new home will also have a digital inventory created and emailed to you too for you to sign / amend as you see fit.
