Looking for a friendly couple to rent this large room in a 3 bed house. There is a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside cupboard. You have your own fridge/freezer, kitchen cupboards and work area. The kitchen dinner is a good sized shared space with cooker, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is a utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and extra toilet. There is a good area of sunny garden with chairs and table. It is a none smoking house so smokers must smoke outside. The 2 tenants there are very friendly and easy to get on with. The off road parking is still ongoing but on road parking is ok. 2 months rent is payable on moving in. The room will be available 19th December 2020 but the room may be available anytime from 6th December. This is because the existing tenants may move out early.
