Bus stop 20 metres from house to Aldershot & Farnham. Town centre bus stops to Farnborough, Frimley, Camberley, Guildford etc. Two ORP at front and some on-road car spaces and good road links - A325, A31, A3, A331 & M3. Lockable shed with cycle rack.

Room rent includes all usual bills: Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Water Rates, Wireless Broadband, TV Licence for communal area, weekly cleaning of communal areas, bathrooms, kitchen etc and regular garden and house maintenance by landlords or our DIY man. Small charge for laundry machines to encourage full and efficient use of machines.
So - you know where you stand each month with one monthly rental charge. Also we hold our room prices for each house sharer for a minimum of 12 months.
There are one-off administrative/referencing charges of £55 at the start of a tenancy and £50 exit fees, payable at the end of a tenancy relating to admin and remarketing costs. Much lower than standard high street lettings agency costs!!
PROFESSIONAL, LOCAL LANDLORDS
Managed by professional and contactable landlords (NLA members) with high standard fire & gas safety systems, relevant certificates, regular safety and maintenance checks. Deposits are safely managed - lodged and protected with the government backed Deposit Protection Service (DPS).
