I am a "live out landlord". I am offering a double room in an excellent professional shared house on Queens Road Fulwood.
Close to the Hospital and within walking distance to the town centre and the train station, bills included and wifi provided free of charge.
There is an off road car park attached to the house.
I charge a deposit of £150 then the first month in advance on move in.
There is free a weekly cleaning service provided and I also provide a dedicated maintenance manager to contact at all times.
There are no additional sign on charges whatsoever.
