I have fully furnished two spare bedrooms available at my 3bedroom flat near Leeds City centre. One is a double bedroom (£500 pm) and another is a single bedroom (£375 pm). The rooms are fully furnished with a double bed, dresser, and cupboard. All BILLS (Council Tax, Water, Electric, Gas, Wifi, and TV) included in the rent. You will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

It’s a quiet area with secured parking area.

I am working at Leeds University and I use my bike for daily commute to the university. It takes me 10 mins to reach my office at the university from the house.

The house is located within 7 to 15 minutes distance by walk from Leeds Coach station and Train station.

Leeds City Centre - 5 minutes by walk (approx)
Coach Station - 7 minutes by walk (approx)
Train Station - 15 minutes by walk (approx)

Tenant would be required to pass Identity and financial checks and the tenancy will be governed by a professionally drafted tenancy agreement.

No admin or agency fees as everything is drawn up at the landlord's expense.

Looking for professional tenants in full-time employment. In the past, this has been a good accommodation to individuals working in Leeds University, Leeds Becket University, St. James Hospital and Leeds City Centre.
