There is a kitchen area with base and wall units and sink and drainer.

It is fully equipped with crockery and cutlery and other kitchen basics plus microwave and kettle.

Cleaning materials are supplied.

Communal areas cleaned weekly.

Gas central heating. Double glazing. Brand new carpets.

On street parking outside.

The other house mates are working men - 3 long term local residents..

Suitable for a long term rent or contractor needing digs.
