Slightly Bro's HQ - teammates req'd

Hi there,
My bro and I are looking for 2 housemates to move in to our spare double rooms. Inc of bills, Internet and as much gaming, movies and Anime as you can ask for.
We get a gusto box so cook fairly regularly but love a takeaway to.
We are also looking to get a dog so must like pets.
Non smokers only please, we gots the asthma. (yes I'm aware of grammar)... E. G. a sense of humour required.
As well as being right next to Abington Park we have a large 100 foot garden to boot (perfect for BBQ's) and we have 2 parking spaces out front.
Must be respectful of the house and other occupants but mainly just a chill person who is up for a laugh.
