The large and comfortable communal areas are undergoing a comprehensive programme of refurbishment to provide a comfortable, high spec lounge area, a work area with ample desk space, and a light, spacious and comfortable dining area, all stunningly designed. The kitchen is large, clean, modern and well appointed, providing everything you need. A large co-living space such as this offers both relative anonymity should you choose, alongside the ability to socialise with like-minded people if you feel in the mood.

Parking is available on site, a rare advantage of such a central property. There is a small outside seating area, and of course the large and lovely Kimberley Park is just a stones throw away.
