The house is next to a wood and parks and has a large garden and decking. The neighbours are friendly and it is in a quiet area. There is a corner shop 5 mins walk, buses to town (25 mins away) and a small supermarket and fish and chip shop 20 mins walk in Butcher Hill. Headingley train station is 10 mins walk away. I live with my two teenage sons who are with me half of the time. We are a friendly family. We are looking for two kind, considerate housemates.
