Small double room with double bed, drawers, bureau desk, fitted wardrobe, TV, kettle and mini fridge. Next to shared (with 2 others) bathroom with a rainmaker shower, and separate bath.

We are a quite household all respecting each others space. I am 69 and retired. There is a long term lodger of 70 still working nights, so we dont see much of him, and younger lady on the ground floor who is in the delivery industry.

The ground floor consists of a bedroom, spearate shower room and general purpose room which leads to the garden. Communal lounge and kitchen diner on the middle floor and 3 bedrooms and bathroom on the 3rd floor.
