Where can you find us?

The house is located a 15-minute walk from the town centre and station and less than 2 minutes from a mini supermarket, post office, pharmacy, off licence and other convenience stores and is also on a bus route. The town centre offers a great choice of restaurants, bars & coffee shops and the surrounding countryside is amazing for cycling or walks with lots of lovely county pubs for refreshments!

What you need to know!

Rooms are single occupancy only.
 1 month’s deposit in advance. (Registered with a regulated rent deposit scheme, the DPS)
 1 months’ rent in advance.

All bills included (council tax, gas, electricity, water, broadband)
Weekly clean of the communal areas
High-pressure hot water available 24/7
High speed Wi-Fi available throughout the house
Viewings will be carried out using social distancing and other measures to protect against Covid-19
