Room With Ideal WFH Arrangement

Hello Folks

I have a Double room in my house. It is ideal arrangement for someone needs space to work from home/student. It does have 120cmx80cm professional office working desk and will come with ergonomic chair (see picture) . The house was newly build when I bought it 2 years ago therefore it is very nice looking, clean and homely.

I work full time for a bank in Glasgow. I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy and treat house as his/her home with respect. .

It’s fully furnished. Please see pictures. There are 2 toilets in the house, one with a bath. It has a large garden.

The house location is great. Just 5 minutes walks to 24/7 ASDA and fort Kinnard shopping centre and plenty of buses for City centre (15-20 minutes journey)

The living room, kitchen, garden, and bathroom with shower are shared.

For Double room rent is £495, for Single room Rent is £375 with all bills included (e. g. Utility bills included + fast speed broadband).
