We have a great value room available in a house on Lillie Road, on the border of Fulham and West Kensington.

The room has a double bed, a double wardrobe, large chest of drawers, desk, chair and bedside table.

There is a living room with a TV and a large eat in kitchen where you can have a bite to eat with a glass of wine and catch up with your flatmates at the end of the day. The kitchen also contains a hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher and two large fridge freezers.

There are two showers and two separate toilets. There is a small backyard, a weekly cleaner for the shared areas and WiFi broadband.

The house is only 5 minutes walk to both West Brompton and West Kensington tube stations (District Line) and only 10 minutes walk to Fulham Broadway with all the shops, bars and restaurants there.

There is a Tescos, Waitrose and Co-Op nearby and three gyms including a swimming pool also within 5 mins walk.

To make things easy, absolutely all bills are all included which covers gas, electricity, water, WiFi broadband, council tax, TV licence and the cleaner, so no hassle sorting out the bills.
