Spacious and bright double room
Friendly, considerate post-grad/professional housemate wanted!
If you’re looking for a home where you can settle; space to grow your indoor plants; space to work or study, but also enjoy sharing the occasional meal and drink, get in touch.
The room is a furnished airy double bedroom with ample storage including an Ercol desk and chair for working. The whole flat has been recently renovated by the landlord with lovely period features and wood floors. Also in the rest of the flat there is washer and dryer, dishwasher and a fabulous waterfall shower.
You would be less than a minute from the Meadows, with coffee shops, restaurants and Summerhall nearby.
It is a relaxed cosy flat and would fit someone who is willing to consider this a home, who equally both values their own space and flat hangouts, chatting over cooking, or impromptu drinks. It is LGBT+ inclusive and supportive household.
About me: I’m a doctor so I work shifts, and in my spare time I like cooking (for more than just myself), yoga, running and trying to keep my plants alive.
If you are looking for a medium to long term let and this sounds like the place for you, send me a message. Write a brief statement of who you are, a bit about your work and interests, and what you like doing in your spare time. Due to COVID-19, and social distancing guidelines, we will be making initial viewings over Zoom.
All the best
