Room available from December 1st on a 3+ month let. You'd be living with Jane (education) and Steve (data), a couple in their 30s. We like early morning runs, evening board games and veggie/vegan food. We're both geeks looking for someone tidy, respectful and chill.
The room / en suite will be deep cleaned after the current tenant moves out. Bills are around £100 per month (gas, electric, broadband and council tax). We have Netflix and Spotify if you want in on that too.
There is a modest outside garden/patio space and the property is 5-10m walks to both Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction, and 5m walk to Newington Green.
