The rooms are furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair.

The bathroom is newly refurbished and there is a modern kitchen with a hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster.

There is a weekly cleaner for the communal areas and super fast fiber broadband perfect for streaming Netflix etc.

Balham station is 2 minutes walk away (Northern Line and rail connections to London Victoria, London Bridge and Brighton) and there are loads of bus routes as well. All the shops, bars, and restaurants of Balham are on your doorstep including the large Sainsbury's supermarket round the back of the building, and Clapham is one tube stop away.

Really easy going landlord who is never around and always fixes things quickly.

To make things easy, absolutely all bills are all included which covers gas, electricity, water, super fast fiber broadband, council tax, and the cleaner, so no hassle sorting out the bills.
