We have two double rooms - one with an en suite bathroom - available in a newly refurbished, relaxed, friendly house share in Wimbledon.

The rooms have a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and chair and fitted cupboards and shelves. There are two bathrooms, one in the en suite room. There is a large kitchen with a hob, two ovens, two fridges, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is an additional conservatory and space available for dining. Perfect for having a glass of wine, a bite to eat and maybe have a chat with other flatmates at the end of the day.

There is a back garden ideal for a few drinks outside in summer. The house also overlooks the large Dundonald park directly opposite the house if you like a bit of nature, and is on a quiet street.

There is a cleaner who comes weekly and someone who looks after the backyard.

The house has super-fast unlimited fiber optic broadband.

The house is five minutes walk to Wimbledon mainline train and tube (District Line) stations and all the shops, bars, restaurants of Wimbledon Broadway, which is great if you like to go for a nice meal out once in a while. There are four supermarkets and a few gyms close by which is nice and convenient. It’s also a 2 minute walk to the tram stop and a 10 minute walk to South Wimbledon tube station for the Northern line. It’s also not too far to the very trendy Wimbledon village with all it's little boutiques, restaurants and cafes if you fancy something a bit more up market.

Really easy going landlord who is never around and always fixes things quickly.

To make things easy, absolutely all bills are all included which covers gas, electricity, water, super fast fiber broadband, council tax, and the cleaner, so no hassle sorting out the bills.
