There is a large kitchen with a new hob and oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. There is an HD TV with Freeview, so it’s ideal for making a bite to eat, having a glass of wine and watching TV with your flatmates at the end of the day. There’s even an Indian take away on your doorstep if you’re feeling a bit peckish!

There is a cleaner who comes weekly and the house has super-fast unlimited fibre optic broadband, perfect for watching Netflix or iPlayer.

The house is five minutes walk to Southfields tube (District Line) station and the shops, bars, restaurants and Sainsbury’s supermarket in the centre of Southfields, which is great if you like to go for a nice meal out once in a while.

Really easy going landlord who is never around and always fixes things quickly.

To make things easy, absolutely all bills are all included which covers gas, electricity, water, super fast fibre broadband, council tax, and the cleaner, so no hassle sorting out the bills.
