We have a huge double room in an awesome, beautiful house with lots of character in Putney. It has a double bed, bedside table, two wardrobes, chest of drawers, desk, chair and built-in shelves with plenty of extra space if you want to bring any of your own furniture. It has a huge bay window which lets in lots of light. The bathroom is shared with two other tenants.

There is a large kitchen diner with a huge couch and two fridges, a freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. Perfect for having a glass of wine, a bite to eat and maybe watching TV with other flatmates at the end of the day.

There is an HDTV with Freeview and superfast unlimited Fibre Broadband. There is a cleaner who comes weekly to keep the place nice and clean.

By bus the house is 5 mins to Putney Station, 9 mins to East Putney tube station, and 11 mins to Barnes station.

Putney Leisure Centre is just across the road, there is a great pub just around the corner, and you are not far away from all the pubs, shops, restaurants and bars in Putney. Sainsbury’s is 5 minutes away.

Really easy going landlord who is never around and always fixes things quickly.

To make things easy, absolutely all bills are all included which covers gas, electricity, water, fibre broadband, council tax, TV licence and weekly cleaner for the communal areas, so no hassle sorting out the bills.
