We are 4 guys looking to fill our last room, whether a guy or a gal please just be cool as we are great bunch of people:)

The room is bright, warm and cosy furnished with double bed, 2 built in wardrobes, table, desk and additional chest of drawers and lots of storage.

Cats or small dogs are no problem.

Two bathrooms and two separate toilets. Cats and small dogs friendly.

You ll be sharing the e bathroom with 2 other people.

All bills are included+cleaner.

Kitchen with all the necessary appliances and a small but cosy dining/living area and a big garden where during summer you could have a barbecue.

WiFi, washing machine, 2 fridge freezers.

Deposit is one month rent

The property is located in a quiet residential street only 5 msn walking distance from the main train station in Wimbledon ( District and Circle line) that will take you for less than 15 mins to Earls Court, Victoria, Waterloo or anywhere central. The bus stop is also 5 msn walking with great links to Kingston, Surbiton, Sutton, Tooting, Streatham. Day and night busses running every 10 mins will conveniently take you anywhere from Wimbledon village to downtown London.

Wimbledon is known for its pubs, bars and small restaurants along the high street.
Tesco and Morrison will satisfy your choice for grocery shopping.
