Lovely furnished double room in 2-bedroom flat

Hello! I am moving out of this wonderful 2 bedroom flat next to Dollis Hill Station and I am looking for a tenant to replace me.

As you will see from the photographs, this is a lovely spacious flat which benefits from huge amounts of natural light and is fully equipped with lots of good furniture and utensils. The south facing living room offers lots of space with a dining table, sitting area, and even a view of Wembley! The bedroom itself has a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobes and a desk included. The rest of the flat consists of a good-sized kitchen with lots of light, bathroom with a good, hot shower, and utility room with a washing machine and storage space, with equipment like iron and hoover included.

The flat is 3 minute walk to Dollis Hill station which is on the Jubilee Line - you can be in central London in half an hour! Also offers good connections into Wembley for the Metropolitan Line. Gladstone Park is a 5 minute walk away which has Park Runs every Saturday (in normal times) and there are a range of shops nearby. Kilburn and Willesden Green are also within walking distance and offer a choice of supermarkets/gyms/restaurants.

I am moving out to live with my girlfriend so sadly have to vacate this flat. The tenant who replaces me will live with my current flatmate Alex, the lead tenant and one of my best friends from home. Alex is 25 years old and works in the Civil Service. He has been a really chilled and easy-going flatmate and we’ve had a great time living together the last year. Alex is friendly and sociable, and enjoys gaming, cooking and films.

The moving date is flexible. We will be carrying out viewings virtually in the first instance before organising a face-to-face meeting.
